Soil : The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some sandstone, red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence. 

Grapes : 100% Organic Syrah.

Harvest : Manual harvest, in small crates.

Yield : 30 hl/ha

Vinification : Traditional. Cold fermentation. In vats for 21 days.

Alcohol : 14 %

Tasting : This intense, elegant, and complex Syrah presents powerful aromas of blackberries and spices, with smooth tannins. To serve with charcuterie, red meats, and cheese. Serve at 15/17°C.
